Jews Protest the British White Paper of 1939, caused The Death Sentence for Millions of European Jews trying to escape Nazi extermination

Jews Protest the British White Paper of 1939, The Death Sentence for Millions of European Jews

The British Mandatory forces brutally crushed the Arab Revolt in Palestine (1936-1939) with martial law, the destruction of Arab villages and neighborhoods, air strikes, collective punishment, more than 100 executions, and several thousand Arab dead.

The Arab militias had succeeded in killing hundreds of Jews and destroying Jewish villages, farms and businesses, but their biggest success was political.

The Arab terrorist militias succeeded in forcing a change in British policy toward Jewish immigration to
Palestine and the establishment of a Jewish State as promised in the Balfour Declaration in 1917 and the British Peel Commission Report of 1937 which called for the partitioning of Palestine into Arab and Jewish states.

In 1939, the British government headed by Neville Chamberlain issued the "MacDonald White Paper," a policy paper which called for the establishment of a single
Palestine state governed by Arabs and Jews based on their respective populations.  [The Arabs illegal immigration of hundreds of thousands between 1919 and 1939 greatly outnumbered the Jews.]  Moreover, a limit of only 75,000 Jews would be permitted into Palestine over a five year period, which is in violation of international treaties and the transfer of land from Arabs to Jews would be prohibited also a violation of international treaties.  The British had previously violated international treaties by taking 80% of Jewish Allocated territory and reallocating it to the Arabs asTransjordan.                 Here are excerpts:
His Majesty's Government therefore now declare unequivocally that it is not part of their policy that Palestine should become a Jewish State.... The British wanted Arab support in WWII and control of oil in Arab countries. Although it is not difficult to contend that the large number of Jewish immigrants who have been admitted so far have been absorbed economically, the fear of the Arabs that this influx will continue indefinitely until the Jewish population is in a position to dominate them has produced consequences which are extremely grave for Jews and Arabs alike and for the peace and prosperity of Palestine.  ... [If] immigration is continued up to the economic absorptive capacity of the country, regardless of all other considerations, a fatal enmity between the two peoples will be perpetuated.

The White Paper was approved by the British Parliament in May 1939, thus signing the death sentences of millions of Jews trying to escape Nazi extermination camps, precisely when the Nazi tide was threatening to engulf all of
Europe.

The Jews of Palestine protested and demonstrated, as evidenced in the dozens of pictures taken by the American Colony photographers and archived at the Library of Congress.

As agreed by international treaties. Greater Israel for the Jewish people as guaranteed by International law and treaties after WWI and in violation of international law 80% of Jewish land was given to establish the Arab-Jordan that was originally part of the territory allocated to the Jewish people under 1920 international treaties and Jordan has 75% of its people are Arab-Palestinians and the 120,440 sq. km. or 75,000 sq. mi. confiscated by the Arab countries from the million expelled Jewish families (6 times the size of Israel and valued in the trillions of dollars) the Arab countries confiscated personal assets, businesses, homes and Real estate property from the million plus Jewish families they persecuted and expelled from Arab countries and confiscated all their assets valued in the trillions of dollars. The Jewish people have lived in Arab-Muslim countries for over 2,500 years. Most of the million Jewish families expelled from Arab-Muslim countries were resettled in Israel, today over half the population in Israel are the families expelled from Arab-Muslim countries. In Syria many of the Jewish homes and property were given to the Arab-Palestinians.
It is time for the Arab-Muslim countries to resettle the Arab-Palestinian refugees in their own countries. That should settle the refugee problem once and for all.
But the Arabs will not be satisfied until they get all of Israel without the Jews and they do not hide their intention.
